1. Educate congregants of predominantly black/african american churches about the basis principles of sleep
2. Teach behavioral techniques to improve sleep
3. Discuss how prevalent sleep disorders are diagnosed
4. Screen attendees for sleep apnea
5. Provide recommendations for follow-up, as needed
